Do you play doubles or singles? Who is your doubles partner?

“I play both. I play doubles with my brother Jim [Smoot].”

What has been your best moment on the tennis court?

“Probably in doubles when me and my brother had a comeback and went to a triple tiebreaker.”

What has been the highlight of the season for you?

“Probably winning all of our district matches.”

If you didn’t play tennis, what other sport/activity would you play? Why?

“Probably football because my siblings play football, and I used to before I played tennis.”

What is the coolest place you have ever traveled to? 

“I’ve been to Haiti on a mission trip and that was pretty cool.”

Who is your biggest role model and why?

“Probably my oldest brother, because he just showed me through hard work you can get most things you want if you work hard.”
