All Time Low and Sleeping With Sirens perform well live
November 1, 2015
Have you ever become so obsessed with a band that you just had to see them live and when you did finally see them live they were just awful and you were left feeling disappointed? Well have no fear because All Time Low and Sleeping With Sirens are the light at the end of that dark tunnel. The bands recently performed at the Revention Music Center as part of their Back To The Future Hearts Tour. I had the absolute pleasure of being there and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. One Ok Rock, a Japanese rock band, opened first and I had set low expectations for them. They blew those low expectations right out the window with their first song, they brought Kellin Quinn, the singer of Sleeping With Sirens, out on stage to do the song with them and it was so unbelievably good. Neck Deep, a Welsh rock band from the UK, took the stage next and having heard some of their music before I had high hopes their act was going to be as good or better than One Ok Rock. My hopes got dashed, the lead singer’s accent was super thick and difficult to understand and he also had quite the potty mouth. Needless to say Neck Deep left me feeling disappointed. After One Ok Rock and Neck Deep opened, Sleeping With Sirens took to the stage and blew the crowd away. Having seen videos of the band performing live my expectations were high and the band didn’t disappoint. In my opinion I think SWS sounds better live than in studio, they were that good. I enjoyed every second of their performance. Finally All Time Low took to the stage, having seen them in concert earlier this year I had no doubt they were amazing live. I was a little disappointed that ATL and SWS didn’t do a song together but overall it was an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a new band, I highly recommend All Time Low and Sleeping WIth Sirens.
