Cross country opens season with warm-up race

Running together, senior Juan Herrera, junior Tristan Parfait and senior Will Burningham run in the second half of the 2-mile course at Creekwood Middle School.

The girls and boys cross country kicked off their seasons in a 2-mile race at Creekwood Middle School on Aug. 9. The meet was a warm-up for the season ahead. 

The boys team will compete next on Aug. 15 in the Klein Oak Steeple Run. The girls will compete Aug. 15 in the Friday Night Lights Meet.
