Makayla Alvarado, a freshman, is starting her first year on the KPTimes staff. Makayla enjoys listening to music and having dance battles with her friends and family. She loves going on bike rides with her friends and being in nature. Her favorite snack is Pillsbury ready-to-bake sugar cookies with the different shapes for the holidays. Her favorite movie is Seventeen Again and her favorite song is "No Judgement" by Niall Horan.
