The baseball team ended its season in the state tournament for the second season in a row, this year falling short of the State Championship game.
The Panthers took on a tough Sharyland (35-4) in the State Semifinals and lost the best-of-three series 2-0. The team lost 5-3 in the first game of the series on May 29 at the North East Sports Park in San Antonio. On May 30, the boys fell short again, losing 5-2, with only scoring runs in the sixth inning.
A year ago, the Panthers season ended to Grapevine in its first State Championship appearance.

Nice work KPTimes. Park Boys had a great season and should be proud.
