In the Area finals matchup against Angleton (16-2-2), the girls soccer team won 3-1. Goals were scored by junior Madi Moffitt, sophomore Liani Villegas and junior Alyssa Toppass. Assists were given by Moffitt and Toppass. They defeated College Station in the first round.
The team now advances to the Regional semifinals and will play Austin Anderson (15-2-3) on March 27. Check out a slideshow of photos from the team’s game against Angleton.
