Softball completes shutout in Area series opener

In the first game of the best-of-three series against Friendswood, the softball team won 5-0. The team scored all runs in the sixth inning and freshman Trinity Brents had a complete game with no runs allowed. The team will continue to play in the series at Summer Creek this weekend to decide who is the Area champion. Check out a slideshow of photos from its first game against Friendswood.
