The annual Humble ISD Tournament is set to get underway today with all five campuses hosting games. The Panthers will take on Lake Creek tonight at 5 p.m. They will play Alief Taylor tomorrow at 5 p.m. and Lumberton on Saturday at noon. All three games will take place at Kingwood Park.

Last season, the girls soccer team finished first in district play with a 12-0-2 record. They were eliminated in the third round of the playoffs by Magnolia.

This year’s team returns a number of experienced players, especially on offense. Senior Emma Yeager is in the midst of her final season. She holds the school record for goals in a season and will play Division I soccer next year at Missouri State.
