The Kingwood Park football team suffered its first loss of the season against Porter (2-1) on Friday night at Turner Stadium. The Panthers jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first half. The second half belonged to the Spartans, however. With 13 seconds left in the game, Porter wide receiver Payton Evans-Pickens scored the winning touchdown to deal Kingwood Park a 27-21 loss.
