Maria is a sophomore and in her second year working on the newspaper staff. She was born in Ecuador and lived there for 12 years before moving to the United States two years ago. She spends her free time with her family or friends because she doesn’t like being alone. She enjoys dance, music, cooking and taking pictures. She is on the dance team and LOVES it. She needs to be more careful because this past month was the fifth time she has had to get stitches. She is looking forward to someday becoming the next Maddie Ziegler.
